Fourteen STAAD.Pro Corporate Clients Signed During Last Six Months

YORBA LINDA, CA - October 13, 2005 - Research Engineers International, a division of netGuru, Inc. (Nasdaq: NGRU), engineering software division REI added fourteen new STAAD.Pro corporate accounts during the first six months of the Company's fiscal-year 2006, which began April 1, 2005.

Under three-year licensing/use agreements, the new corporate clients—including Bechtel Corporation with more than 100 users located in offices worldwide—have adopted STAAD.Pro as their default program for structural analysis and design tasks. The agreements include flexibility to increase the number of users without added cost, and support tasks such as installation, maintenance, upgrades, security, and renewal can be managed from a client's single, centralized location.

STAAD.Pro corporate accounts have access to all STAAD software, including STAAD.foundation for analyzing and designing mat foundations and pile caps and footings; STAAD.etc, a collection of structural design programs for retaining walls, masonry wall, base plates, etc.; STAAD.beam, a new product that analyzes, investigates and optimizes multi-span composite beams with web openings; Sectionwizard, a section property calculator; and more than 60 international steel and concrete design codes to accommodate the needs of multi-national companies engaged in overseas contracts.

In addition to Bechtel, corporate clients added during the last six months include, among others, Aker Kvaerner; DMJM Harris; Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern; LEO A. DALY; New York State Department of Transportation; and Shaw Stone & Webster.

netGuru Chairman and Chief Executive Amrit Das commented: "STAAD.Pro corporate accounts provide access to the broad range of STAAD products and offer important administrative and operational efficiencies for clients. STAAD.Pro is also an excellent training tool and, as the industry standard, provides the means for our corporate clients to implement effective working relationships with their business partners. These advantages are resulting in growing use by architecture, engineering, and construction companies worldwide."
